Design studio Graypants (which is a great name!) is led by Seth Grizzle and Jon Junker, and this is their debut: an open, lakefront, multi-purpose space that clearly brings to mind that saying about stones and glass houses.
The garage’s original materials were incorporated into the new design, while separately there’s reclaimed pine, a discarded basin, and a 100-year-old stove to keep the vintage theme going strong. The massive windows offer peaceful views from every nook and cranny, inspiring even the most jaded tech-head to whip out an actual book and unplug for a day or two.
Looks like a super comfy place to read a book, relax with your thoughts and take in the beauty around you.
